Code Compliance is new to Texas because of Code Enforcement.
Many people are not familiar with it and do not realize the impact it can have on their lives and businesses.
Cities in the state of Texas have been implementing Code Enforcement
for more than 15 years but most people don't even know its here ...
... and it is not in full force yet ...
with Code Enforcement comes the need for Code Compliance services.
HyMow has been performing Code Compliance Services
longer than anyone one else in the state.
The reasons for HyMow's success:
1. RELIABILITY: When you hire a code compliance service what you need most from them is reliability. Once you hire HyMow you do not have to worry about Code Enforcement issues. HyMow has a track record of great reliable service being performed accurately, completely and on time.
2. COMPREHENSION: HyMow's Code Compliance team fully comprehends the Code Enforcement rules and works diligently to stay on top of existing rules as well as any modifications and or changes.
3. EXPEDITIOUS SERVICE: In Texas the regulating government agency only has to provide you with a warning once every 12 months. It will generally be a mailed notification to the address listed with Appraisal District or at the Texas County Court House.
Many people believe that they can slide by under the radar but the truth is Code Enforcement officers are generally notified of violations by a neighboring property owner(s).
Texas Code Enforcement Officers enforce City, County and state ordinances
to help maintain the health, safety and sanitation of our cities, counties and state.
These ordinances, along with consistent code enforcement,
ensures healthy, safe and optimum living and working environments.
Code Compliance Service is especially helpful in sustaining and increasing property values.
HOAs and POAs have their deed restrictions and HOA/POA rules and regulations
that are similar and many cases more strict hand the cities and counties.
SOME COMMON CODE ENFORCEMENT ORDINANCES & VIOLATIONS
Normally once Code Enforcement notifies you ... you have 10 days to correct the violation.
NON CORRECTION CAN HAVE DEVASTATING COSTS
There is always a fine PLUS typically a 25% administrative fee PLUS the city's or county's cost for cleaning it up.
The city performing this service almost always is a minimum of 2 times as much as if it were taken care of by HyMow.
Repeated violations results in a mandatory court appearance with court costs.
The maximum fine allowed by the state is ... $2,000 a DAY ... for each and every day you are out of compliance.
This ends up being many, many times more than what it would have cost if HyMow had cleaned it up for you.
